Hartex/Nova Fiber Lock™ is an all synthetic commercial carpet cushion designed for use in double glue down installations. Offers a quick and easy installation process, and is recommended for high traffic areas. Hartex/Nova Fiber-Lock™ features a smooth top surface impregnated with specifically formulated resins.
